Mr. Farrington serves on the Carteret County Board of Commissioners. He represents Carteret County on the Carteret County Beach Commission and the Peer Recovery Center Board. He was born in Carteret County and has lived in Emerald Isle since 1978. He is President of Yardworks Landscaping and Lawn Care.
