Mr. Darden serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Solid Waste Authority. He has extensive experience in North Carolina local government and solid waste management. His duties are primarily to provide administrative guidance to all facets of the Authority’s activities. He also serves as the Authority’s liaison with counties, municipalities, state agencies and federal agencies.
